Starbucks - Carmel

Normal dieucks. the inner is large and offers several good spaces to meet and work. the personal was friendly and the service is good. it's funny how the bank is going through now used.

Today we went to Starbucks at 116th Keystone. I had an iced grande peach green tea lemonade. Delicious! The service was fast friendly! However, I gave four stars only due to the condition of the store. Not the cleanest Starbucks I've been to, otherwise, it would have been a five star review . Sorry guys!

Normally I order from this Starbucks and orders have been fine, but this final order got to me…Pictured is what I received. I have ordered this drink so many times from different Starbucks AND even this one with the exception of slight pump differences or whipped cream.I had the Ice Toasted Vanilla Shaken Espresso, as a tall with these customizations. When I went to the pickup window and saw this, I was surprised less than half the drink was filled up. I asked if that was all I would receive, I was told that since there is nothing else they can add to it, that’s what I get. “We can’t just fill it up with oat milk. If you have any questions, ask that guy.”I honestly was livid and didn’t even bother to get a refund or ask to have it fixed... I drove home, took a pic, and threw this drink away.Sorry, I’ve ordered this plenty of times from at least ten different Starbucks and every single one was fine except here.

I have not been frequenting Starbucks at all probably in the last 7 months. For the first time ever I lost gold star points because I haven't been going. The prices are just ridiculous here, but I was visiting my parents from out of town and I decided to come to Starbucks cuz it's not far from their house and I wanted an Americano. When I went into the app I was surprised to see there was a coupon for 50% off of a drink. It wasn't a hot drink, but it was any cold drink, and so I ordered the sweet cream Nitro which I really like but I would never ever ever pay for because it's almost $6 for like a 10 or 12 oz cup of cold coffee with a lot of caffeine. At 50% off though I only paid $2.86 for it so that was a pretty good deal. I would come here all the time if that was the regular price.

Had my granddaughter (9)in this Starbucks today and sadly the male worker was talking Two people that were there purchasing drinks in front of us and talking about inappropriate stuff in front of her. It’s a place where people go of all ages And the counter is open. No one should be talking inappropriately ever in a place of employment however doing it in a place where the counter is open and in a regular toned voice not to even be quiet or hush-hush about it. I am deeply saddened that we have come to this in the world that we live in where people just don’t care who’s around. Had I known about it… I was in the bathroom, I would have said something. Anyone who works in an establishment like this should have a little more pride and if you’re going to talk that way at least do it behind closed doors and the privacy of the back office where no one can hear you especially a child. Will not be going back to The Starbucks ever!Sadly there was a girl at the front that checked us out and got our order who was very enthusiastic polite and helpful so I did share a picture of my food and kudos to her for having to work with guys like that…
