Redux - Carmel

Excellent food and wine, great service, beautiful ambience except the TVs! If I wanted a sports bar, I'm going to a sports bar!

I had another wonderful experience celebrating a child's birthday at this restaurant. We enjoyed the crab cake (the new recipe is fantastic), sliders, and asparagus. It was great to see even our picky guests enjoying their meals. I also appreciated the chef's ability to accommodate a no-salt diet for one member of our party. Our server was prompt and excellent, and I can't wait to return for dinner again!

We visited for the first time tonight and had exceptional service from Kyle. The food was flavorful and thoughtfully prepared. I would highly recommend it. What a hidden gem!

We’ve eaten here twice, and both times the food has been outstanding—definitely some of the best in the area. The service was excellent, and the chef even stopped by to ask for our feedback. I have a couple of suggestions: consider advertising and creating a more open atmosphere, as the space is a bit limited. However, the quality of the food speaks for itself, and I believe people will come back just for that. I wouldn’t describe the dishes as typical family fare; they’re more like beautifully crafted meals. Give it a try!
