Great pizza and beer. Visit this place every time we come to Carmel.
What can I say... When my family and I visited the restaurant, we were warmly welcomed by an older gentleman, whom I believe is the owner. He seemed to be the kind, no-nonsense type who serves with enthusiasm but doesn't waste any time. My wife and I ordered meatball sandwiches with double cheese, and we got a mini cheese pizza for our little one. The food was fantastic! Even my picky toddler, who usually doesn't eat much, devoured most of it. When we decided to order another mini cheese pizza, the owner was quite entertaining as he explained how to make the pizza, mentioning that it was still hot and that he wanted to avoid moisture building up and ruining it. I thought that was pretty cool. Overall, I would definitely recommend giving this place a try, regardless of any past experiences (given some previous reviews). That's all I have to say for now.
The day before my son's wedding, I went to order pizzas for the reception. It was really busy, and there seemed to be a shortage of staff for deliveries. The pizzas were supposed to arrive at 11:15, but the owner went above and beyond to ensure they were delivered on time. The woman at the counter did an excellent job as well. Thank you for making this happen!
The food was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly friendly. When they ran out of water, a team member even went next door to the store to bring us more.
