Since the takeover of the new owner management last year were several times for meals and drinks. the personal is beautiful with the customers, always had a good service, nothing is too much annoyed. the food is delicious and beautifully presented. always had a fabulous meal, can not fail the quality and the price-performance ratio. the Manager/Owner chris welcomes every feedback and sorts out quickly all remember. he is also pleased to hear our desires, for example for good quality wines, which he sorted out and then the selection of wine has been properly improved. huge selection of quality spirits and beer too. they really work hard to make the business a success, not only for themselves, but for the customers of carluke and in the far away who appreciate a big wee local pub. as I follow them on facebook, I get frequent updates of their themed evenings and what is in different nights. oh and it is also a dog-friendly pub! what is not to love? Top brands of me!

Food was excellent, coffee was strong and delicious, service was with a smile and extremely courteous, would go back again. Great value for money

We rented the venue for a party and it included a bar, a dance floor, and a spacious room, along with a DJ. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The drinks were affordable, and there were some fantastic special offers available.

I had the sizzling steak fajitas, which were a specialty of the house, and they were absolutely delicious. The bar staff was fantastic and very friendly, especially Danielle. Although the restaurant was quite busy, the service was prompt, and we didn't have to wait long for our meals to be served, whether at our table or at the bar. Overall, it was an affordable dinner served by lovely people, and the company made for a wonderful evening. I also want to give a shoutout to Steve, the chef, and his kitchen staff for their hard work and excellent service!
