Popped in to this delightful restaurant on our first night of a weeks stay in Biarritz. Welcomed by the brothers and sat at a circular table (for 8). This place did not disappoint. Food was divine (especially squid starter, monkfish mains)., good choice of wine, attentive service just what we wanted. There’s a good chance we will return. Hadn’t realised there was sports screens showing golf and rugby (a plus for most), but with sound turned off this did not annoy the non sports lovers).

Ordered the Bayonne ham, which is always served in generous portions, the hake, which is good for a family of 3, sweet, and hearty, and a bottle of Txomin, a good local wine. The hotel owners recommended this place. The service was great and they entertained us even without a reservation. It’s in a good location in Biarritz. We had a great time.
