Mcalister's Deli - Carlsbad

I enjoy Mcalister's food. You forget the items that order quite often in this store, but the food is always good.

All food and customer service are always excellent, no doubt. Only a bad problem that really is not the employees or restaurant mistakes that they are always understated, but it is just because there are so many people here working from other states in the oil field, so there is a lack of employees. So if you go to the restaurant best thing I recommend it is for you to put, you order online or call there. If you don't have to wait for a while. And it will also be faster if you go inside and not the drive-thru. Can't really be mad at the employees if you need to wait a while to get you well because they always do their best to get everything as fast as possible. This is one of the few places around Carlsbad, where you have a good customer service and staff are nice to you. So I highly recommend this place to enjoy a sandwich, soup or salads. They also have some of the best teas in the city and they have free refills. Every time I go, I try to get something else, all of their different choices that they have on their menu cause. My favorite vegetables are onions, cucumbers and tomatoes, so I had to try it there it was really good to put dressing and there is a good taste. I also recommend her tomato soup it's really good. If it wasn't because of the waiting period, I would eat a lot there every day.

By far the best service to help in doing remote business orders. I dont recall the gentleman’s name, but I was having issues with their call center and a gentleman from the deli quickly took my order to ensure it would be ready in time. Crystal also went above and beyond to help me get an itemized receipt the day after. Great experience with their customer service

I liked Mcalisters, that was my first experience in one of their restaurants and it wasn't bad. The service was not the best at that time, but I guess that was because it trained many new workers this special night. They were still very polite and could finally offer us our food. It was pretty decent and I could get a pretty good club and some Mac and cheese.
