Chili's Grill - Carlsbad

Restaurant was half full at best food was all over the place steak was Luke warm corn on the cob was cold fries were hot? Restaurant was dirty bathroom was dirty no hand soap I did enjoy the chicken tenders they were hot and cooked well! Servicemeh never had a manager come by or I would off told him or her?? Don't think I'll be going back I would recommend having n g ALOT of patience if you decide to go eat there! Good luck I think if management was more involved in the Restaurant it would bebetter?? I'd was very disappointed

I got the Triple Dipper appetizer, Baked seafood pasta and Molten Chocolate Cake. The baked seafood pasta was bad. Salty and the crab had a weird taste to it. The appetizer was better than the main course but the definitive highlight was the MoltenChocolate Cake. The deep eddy strawberry lemonade was good. Also, they forgot some stuff and we had to remind them. Overall itwas ok but I most likely won't go back.

My experience at this restaurant was definitely good, but not exceptional enough to rave about. The service was outstanding; it felt like every staff member was genuinely dedicated to ensuring their customers felt well cared for. The food was delicious, although the portion sizes were a bit small considering the price. I would definitely return, but I can't quite give this Chili's a full 5-star rating.

I had the absolute worst experience I've ever encountered at a Chili's. We were initially told there would be a 30-minute wait to be seated, but we ended up waiting nearly 50 minutes. Once we were finally seated, no one came over to take our drink orders or even offer us water. After a while, we had to go find someone to help us. The restaurant was out of many menu items, both drinks and food. Throughout our meal, which took about three hours due to delays in service, a backed-up kitchen, and mistakes with our order, we constantly had to search for our server to get any attention. To top it all off, the bathrooms were disgusting, with trash scattered on the floors both inside the restrooms and in the surrounding area.

I had a fantastic experience during my visit. I placed an order online, and when I arrived, my food was hot and ready for pickup. The young lady who brought out our order was both friendly and professional. She kindly informed us that tips were not necessary, although she didn’t say they were prohibited. We appreciated this clarification, as the website suggests there may be no tipping option.
