A Ciapeletta - CARLOFORTE

A superb experience in every respect. Kevin and Christian hit the spot with their offering here off the main drag in Calaforte. What a shame we only discovered A Ciapeletta on our last evening here. The menu is concise (don’t expect steak and chips) but that’s a great advantage. Everything is fresh and cooked to order with care and flair. We were seriously impressed. Don’t miss this great little restaurant!

A very charming restaurant with exceptional and personal service. Yes, the menu is small, but what they do have is 100% fresh and absolutely delicious. A stay in Carloforte without coming to this place would be a massive mistake.

How lucky we were to be sent here by a local. To begin with Kevin (Italian Scottish is the most perfect host. Straight away he made us feel at home, gave us recommendations and really did everything he could to make our experience unforgettable. The chef, Cristiano, another gem of a guy knowing how to cook food in absolute perfection and great to talk to after work is done. The gamberi Rossi le Sarde (sardines are some of the best we ever had! Kevin also recommend a fabulous white that paired perfectly with our food! All in all an amazing experience Please go and meet these two and make sure you spend some time with them after your meal : We are so grateful to both of you

The menu is limited in the choices, but this is a guarantee that the same is prepared on the basis of what was fished in the morning. very nice location.

The restaurant is very nice. has tables outside and some internally. the environment is pleasant. the menu is indicated on an external table and consists of two appetizers, two first, two seconds and a dessert. in our case there were canestrelli with holy wine. good dishes and good service. very kind staff. Better book.
