This English pub is fantastic, with welcoming staff and patrons! It has a very family-friendly atmosphere.
We popped into the restaurant for a drink during our walk and had a pleasant experience. The cozy little garden out back was a nice place to sit.
My daughter and I visited several times during our stay in Gilsland. Friendly staff and locals. Most comprehensive juke box I've ever seen !!
After two long days of walking the Hadrians Wall Path we stopped here for a pint and to rest our legs. The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend!
