This restaurant is still the best place for pizza in the UK. The pizzas are delicious, and they also offer a selection of beer and wine on tap. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the owners and staff are great and friendly.

We were staying across the street at a hotel and could smell the delicious pizzas from the restaurant. We were not disappointed when we tried them - they were authentic with high-quality ingredients and the staff were very friendly.

The staff was delightful, the atmosphere was wonderful, and the food was delicious. However, we were both disappointed that the Marinara pizza did not have any cheese on it.

Terrible service couldn’t find the house, blamed us because Google maps took them the wrong way then had the cheek to ask for a fiver extra delivery when we’d already paid Absolutely unbelievable

Ordered a pouch of tobacco online. Nowhere on the we site does it state that you have to also buy hot food to purchase tobacco, fags or alcohol. The order went through and was paid for, with the last of my money I had in...my bank. They then rang me up to tell me basically no and I won’t get my refund through them but through food hub only, even though this is their own error and own wrong doing which they should be fixing themselves. Absolutely disgusted how you can just mug someone off like that instead of being clear and avoiding these issues. I am absolutely outraged by this experience and I hope many more people aren’t fooled by the good reviews. Thanks Pizza Base, left me with no money because you can’t correctly advertise your products.
