Vincent's Clam - CARLE PLACE

This is by far the best pasta place! We tried this place by chance and it was just great! We? ve was in this place a couple more time since and a week ago I went with my mother-in-laws who visited us from abroad and my 1-year-old daughter. I like the fact that this place has appreciated my request to a high chair and table separated from the general area and held a stroller in a safe place. The bread with olive oil Herb / Basil was simply perfect, the Calamari (Didn?t take a photo) was warm and not too crispy, and the Clam linguini with wine sauce Hummer Kuss Pasta were also perfect! My mother-in-law also loved it, especially the fact that it did not too salty my daughter also loved it by eating the pasta! Definitely recommend this place?

Love this place! Clams on the half shell are fresh and great. Calamari and scungilli to die for with medium sauce and maybe put in a little hot sauce. The hot sauce here is a killer so you need to try it before you put it on your food. They served fresh baked bread on the table which is also delicious. They have plastic walls between the tables which seems a little unnecessary at this point in the pandemic. We have always found the food and service here to be really good. It's noisy so be prepared. Italian songs and new music being piped through the whole restaurant. A good place to bring the family.

The food was delicious and fresh, we came because of the high rating. Disorders are good, but because we were there during peak hours, we waited about five minutes to order our lunch. And during the whole meal no body came to add water for us. Clam Chowder was good, but it was warm I wish it could be a little warmer or like hot soup. However, the overall experience was ok. We ordered seafood pasta, Clam Chowder and seafood plated. I personally not a big fan of Calamari, there were tons of Calamari in the seafood plate and our seafood pasta. It's good for Calamari lovers, but unfortunately not for me. But I like the pasta, it was good.

So I kept some days back to get the right words. Vincent's incredible! Amazing bounce back from a global pandemic. Quality is always great, service was on site, management is always on their A game. I could recommend a few dishes (foreigned priests, purses), but why should I remove the great readers of their choice (Sunday Gravy). I'm glad they're here!

The service was good, but the food was not that great. The sauce for my mozzarella sticks and the ravioli was unseasoned straight out of the can sweet. No effort was shown in the sauce. The seafood salad was good but way too much seafood and barely any salad! We ordered pizza and it was really salty. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone if they knew what good Italian food is.
