Smoothie King - CARLE PLACE

I?ve been coming here for 2 years now and they?ve never made a mistake on my orders. Very polite cashier and speedy workers. Friday?s you can get a 32oz smoothie for $5 (usually $7+ , join their free rewards program to gain free drinks.

I am appalled by my families experience at this location today. We ordered 3 smoothies, paid for 3 smoothies, and threw 3 smoothies in the garbage on our way out. The 3 employees working there were on their phones the whole time and gossiping with each other, rather than focusing on their jobs. Nothing tasted right and the employees made us feel like we were inconveniencing them by being there and ordering smoothies. I will not be visiting this location again as long as these employees work here.

Have been going to smoothie king for the past 10 years and the taste and service I receive has never changed with my smoothies. Number one smoothie spot on Long Island!!! Ever in need of a good smoothie spot this is your place.

This place has the best smoothies on the Island, HANDS DOWN. But way more than this I say here and watched Rob (a stellar employee at this store) make orders for quite literally dozens of people entirely by himself. No help. No other staff present. Just him. That kinda grind deserves utmost respect.

The staff is unprofessional. It?s it?s called Smoothie King you should be able to substitute if you can?t have milk. It?s called customer service accommodate the customers needs. The two staff were not professional at all they need to be trained better too relaxed. I would not be returning and letting my friends know as well. At the end of the day it?s customer service and if you can?t accommodate a smoothie by substituting milk and a different fruit that?s a problem. You have a great name and smoothies don?t allow employees to mess it up !
