Bidra med feedbackHave in the regular big service here but today it found awfully l. they need to learn what the word means later. as in my table is full of food please come with her trolley a little later as they say, not now. or later they will completely ignore them later. I gave up waiting for a car to stop at our table and left.
Still scratch my head of what can only be described as the worst customer service experience of my life. the choice to have yum cha in carindale shopping centre today turned out to be a pretty stressful experience when my mom just complained. a waitress about how water the sweet sauce was this time around we regularly visit yum cha restaurants in the brisbane and gold coast areas. this waitress is obviously not used to get complaining, as it responded in the worst form to that I have ever experienced. I can understand that complaining is not a pleasant experience for someone, but as someone who is needed for customers, it should be trained appropriately to take a customer complaint on professional wise. not by trying to argue with them and then force them to make their point by eating a sample of any kind of sauce they have in the kitchen before me, then storms off. this level of unprofessionality was not expected from a restaurant that we normally enjoy and visit regularly (purchased, we do not visit carindale often). this bad level of service had most of us feel very unpleasant and most of us from our eating to this point. during this time my water I had ordered not arrived, all workers ignored our table and so my partner could not even order food (not that he really felt that she deserves our business anyway). but that wasn't the worst. next, mama decided to conduct a private conversation with the kutsche to discuss their concerns about the bad level of the service that was received in the attempt to improve the situation when several employees began to surround our table. then the owner wanted to make himself known from the crowd by raising his vote on mama before the entire restaurant, which unnecessarily causes a massive scene. shouting to mum say: “If they are not happy with something, they should make a complaint!” that really gave me the sense to make a complaint, as we have arrived in this chaos first place. the difference is that they can clearly not treat any complaining! his behavior was absolutely stunning when he went on, how insulting my mother was to the waitress that made her a simple complaining about the sauce she received with her meal. this man was definitiv no one who could possibly come to an apparition or happy resolution with how he ran and rave into the entire restaurant. while most customers looked shocked and surprised, hopefully making his management technology look like a complete embarrassment for all others. when we decided to leave his facility, he began to call to the staff to call the security. wow, that was the next level, as we simply made a complaint and this whole order was completely blown out of the relationship and now his treatment us as criminal as we all went to pay in direction register (sometimes that he offered to keep his customers happy). added there were some employees who professionally traded, including the woman trying desperately to encourage the owner to treat the customer with more respect and the beautiful dame that ended to offer me a small discount in register. Finally, when the security came, they also looked at the opportunity professionally and we are all left to wonder how people like this can even stay in business!? soo. in a clam it is their choice wherever they like to eat, but I would not expect a pleasant experience either from this place. I thought I should share my history.
We ordered Asian greens and miraculous suppe to start. the car came around and we chose a basket and that was it! the trolley did not come back and as hard as we tried it was impossible to win someone's attention to order more food. The... stuff was busy cleaning and we were not interested in her. the only time that we were noticed was when we were patiently in the bank to pay. it was a non-describing, tasteless eating and the service was extremely poor, which is a shame as we previously enjoyed eating there. will never go there again
The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, with great friendly and quick service, and reasonable prices. However, some dishes seemed to lack variety. The salt and pepper chicken was excellent, though. Overall, I would give it 3.5 stars.
We used a voucher to enjoy a 9-course meal at the restaurant instead of going for yum cha. The banquet included 5 entrees in yum cha style, 3 main courses (fried rice, Mongolian lamb, steamed vegetables) and a warm custard tart. The restaurant is located inside the shopping center near an entrance carpark, making it easy to find. The ambience is not great, but it is a step up from the food court area. There are both indoor and outdoor seating options available. The restaurant is licensed and offers a selection of beers and wines. The service is quick and friendly, with yum cha carts moving around. The food was fresh, warm, and tasty. Overall, it is a pleasant place with good food at reasonable prices, suitable for a quick snack while shopping, catching up with friends, or having a family dinner.
