Wray Organic Market & Cafe - Carindale

We love going to our local organic store, Wray Organic, to stock up on healthy organic bread and fresh ingredients in their bulk buy offer. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful with any questions we may have. We also use their top-notch ALPS water filtration system at home for clean and healthy drinking water.

I love the Cold Brew Coffee with coconut at this restaurant, especially during hot summer days. The drink has a hint of coconut and is served with ice cubes. I recommend asking for only 4 ice cubes at most, so you can taste more of the cold coffee. Additionally, they offer tasty and healthy food options to enjoy.

I had banana bread and a protein slice, which came with sliced banana and blueberries. I also had hot chocolate, served with a cup of chocolate and a pot of milk to pour over it. The drink was very nice, though I think the milk could have been a bit warmer.

We have been to Wray Organic Café at Mount Gravatt many times because they have the best real hot chocolate! You get chunks of real dark or milk chocolate and a teapot full of hot milk. You mix the two together to your own liking. It is just awesome. There is also a good range of fresh slices, tarts, biscuits, little cakes, etc., all made with good quality organic ingredients. We had the Chocolate Almond Brownie slice on this visit and it was just delightful. There is a large air-conditioned dining area at the front of the store with help yourself filtered table water and glasses. Free parking is right outside the door, and they have long opening hours to suit everyone. The staff are friendly and helpful, and there is also a very good range of organic market items and produce. The only down side to this interesting market and café is the prices. Everything is very expensive but it is also excellent quality so you pay for what you get. We will continue to visit regularly just to get their awesome real hot chocolate drinks, and we usually end up buying a couple of other items while we are there. They also serve breakfast, morning and afternoon teas, smoothies, shakes, etc.
