Bidra med feedbackI have been a student at the University of Queensland for ten years, but I had never tried Miss India near the campus. After attending India Fest last night, I decided to go to the Morningside branch for dinner today. It was my first time at this restaurant chain, and I was impressed by the quick service and simple ordering process. I ordered the Taste-A-Rama plate (only available for dine-in), which allows you to try three different curries instead of just one. The flavors are tailored for mainstream taste, which I enjoyed, but may not appeal to those looking for more authentic Indian cuisine. If you're looking for fast Indian food with customizable meal deals, I recommend checking out Miss India.
The restaurant offers 2 pakoras for $2, making for a filling and affordable lunch option. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the freshly made naan bread is delicious. The enticing smell coming from the kitchen is amazing!
The restaurant was quite good! The naan was delicious.
Mango chicken. A bit of a twist on the classic Butter Chicken. Great for those who prefer their curry on the mild side.
Great for lunch. Cheap, fast and a decent curry. The thali plate is a bargain. The yellow rice isn't the best, but the lamb is tender and the dhal is yummy!
