Coffee Hit Carindale

I recently visited this restaurant and had the best coffee I have ever tasted. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the manager went above and beyond to assist me. The table service was excellent, and the food arrived promptly from the kitchen, hot and delicious. I couldn't find a single fault with this cafe. I highly recommend giving it a try.

I have dined at Coffee Hit a few times and found the food and coffee to be decent. However, during my recent visit, I was extremely disappointed. The staff were rude, ignorant, and inexperienced. The coffee I ordered was delivered cold and bitter, and when I brought it to the attention of a staff member, they did not seem to care and did not offer a replacement or any feedback. My friend and I ordered two coffees, but mine was cold and my friend had to wait 15 minutes for hers. The service was slow, with my meal taking an additional 10 minutes to arrive. When we mentioned the delay to a staff member, we were informed that it was not her responsibility. The food was average, with some dishes tasting like they were pre-cooked and reheated, while others were served cold. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and I will not be returning.

I stopped by this café a few days ago for a coffee and it was excellent. After finishing my shopping, I enjoyed a relaxing cup of coffee that met my expectations. The coffee was served hot, allowing me to leisurely read the Financial Review without worrying about it getting cold. It seemed like they had heated the mug beforehand to maintain the temperature. I ordered a medium cappuccino with a double shot and no sugar, and the coffee flavor was robust without being overpowered by milk. Alongside my coffee, I also had a white chocolate muffin which was delicious, especially due to the warm plate and side of fresh cream provided. The melted chocolate inside the muffin was perfectly soft and not too hot, and the caramelized white chocolate on the outside added a nice touch. I definitely plan on returning, and I recommend you do the same. The Financial Review was also a good read, but it might change now that Nine has acquired Fairfax. Thank you for reading.

Good value for money for English Breakfast tea get approx 3 cups ' worth per serving. Chips with burgers were oven baked instead of fried was a nice change. Chai latte was 'spicy ' but not advertised as same. Staff reluctant to take drinks back when Hot chocolates too strong The worst steak sandwich I have ever tasted 'steak ' was pre cooked hours beforehand, refrigerated, then re heated to order, and you could taste it. Tonnes of sauce on the burger to try and salvage it, but unsuccessful. . Can 't comment on the quality of the coffee as did not order it.

You don’t expect mall food to be top notch, but over $22 per head for coffee and a simple breakfast is on the dear side. Quantity was modest and quality was average.
