Bidra med feedbackThe change of menu has seen the food prices stay the same but the quality really drop. The food tasted cheap and it is obvious that corners have been cut. They have also removed the discount for members and now instead have a points system. Disappointing as this was a place we enjoyed coming to regularly.
This place can not do a roast beef with vegetables. Beef was dry potato and pumpkin over cooked and no green vegetable. Have contacted club with same issue before. We will do better, can't get green vegetables, what is in season it what you get. Food is far better at Easts leagues.
Quality food and service . Had the $10 breakfast special Not shown on Menu ...beyond expectations for the price! Runny egg as requested on toasted Sourdough, plenty of well cooked bacon plus small , perfectly cooked tomatoes still on vine and 2 Chipolatas. Staff were friendly and helpful and the open Breakfast area easily accessible from Carpark ..opens 730AM was modern, clean and adjacent toilets were classy and spotless. Quite frankly, the best all round value for breakfast in the whole area! Son lives in Carina ..we were so impressed that we have now joined the Club! The all round experience leaves the many specialised Cafes in the area for dead. Congrat 's Carina Leagues club...we will be back as members
Ordered ‘chicken and avocado sandwich’. It was almost inedible could only manage the bread: chicken was a very strange variety of plastic food, didn’t detect much avocado (however there was a nasty slice of processed cheese). I’ve had lunch here on several occasions and was very surprised and disappointed with my experience today. Chips were OK though.
The recent renovations have really spruced up the bistro area at 'The Paddock'. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the meals were served promptly. While everyone else at the table enjoyed their meals, I was disappointed with my choice. I ordered the Pumpkin Maple salad with a side of salt and pepper calamari. The calamari was tasty and tender, but the salad was overwhelmingly sweet. The abundance of candied maple walnuts and sweet figs made it too sugary, masking the flavors of other ingredients. It felt more like a dessert than a salad. Despite this, it was still a pleasant evening overall.
