Mcdonald's - Caribou

Yesterday in line for 40 minutes and today we decided to go inside. Huge mistake....half an hour wait time and Noone seems to be focused of getting orders out in a timely fashion. It's not even busy! Horrible customer service. Hire new

Great McDonald's. Looks and feels clean (other than the stickiness by the fountain), food was good and came quickly, and the employees were kind and helpful.

In and out of the drive thru quickly! Order was accurate, but they forgot the sauce packs.

Most of the staff that work here are very rude. I sometime order a large iced coffee and they always seem to mess it up and if/when I ask for them to remake it they always roll their eyes and make rude remarks I don’t always go here anymore because of the rude staff. I would really like to get to know/meet the new owners so I can speak to them about all of the workers who have been rude to me I. Food and service were fine but the bathrooms reek of raw sewage and you can smell it in the dining room! Also the decor is horrendous. Looks like a back alley of new york city got thrown up on by a dollar store.
