Taco Bell - Carencro

I can?t ever go to this Taco Bell and know if I will have even a slightly decent experience. There have been multiple orders that have been wrong, cold, and BARE minimum meat in my quesadilla. This is probably the worst Taco Bell in all of Lafayette.

First off the food was not good. We ordered a box of tacos, half soft half crunchy. And a nacho bell grande. The meat in the Tacos was spicy. My wife was the first to eat and she complained that it was spicy and didn?t taste like the normal taco bell tacos. I tried one and they were in fact spicy. It wasn?t bad to me because i don?t mind spicy food but we didn?t order anything spicy and my wife cant eat spicy food. The Nacho Bell Grande was tiny in comparison to the ones I had received in the past. Overall we did not enjoy the food or the visit.

Staff was okay. Food was lacking. Taco shells were stale. Beans on Mexican pizza were burnt. Every was one notch above room temperature. The drink dispenser was out of most of the choices. Only gave 2 stars because the place was clean and became they have charging ports.

This restaurant has a great selection of fresh food, and I really enjoy dining here. The staff are always very friendly, the prices are reasonable, and the establishment is consistently clean.

The first thing I noticed when I drove up to the drive-thru was the employee's very brief and rude demeanor. I felt rushed while placing my order, and when I received my food, it was disappointing. I ordered the Cheddar Chalupa, but it had very little meat and was also burnt. I don’t plan on returning to this Taco Bell again.
