Bidra med feedbackWent in today with my friends and ordered chicken wings as usual. However, some of them were tasting funny and they were undercooked. Tried talking nicely with the staff but they weren’t very professional and didn’t handle the situation very well. They were very rude and argue with us saying the chicken wings were fresh and nothing wrong with them and making fun of us in front of other customers. I hope the owner take our compliment seriously and have a word with the responsible person in charge tonight as he doesn’t have any regards to the customers. He is very rude and unprofessional and feels like he is forced to be there.
The food is consistently delicious at this restaurant, but my major complaint is that the garlic sauce pots are consistently less than half full. I paid 50p for 2 tablespoons of sauce (40p in store) that was watered down and had a thin, milky consistency. I hope the employees at Pepes take note of this issue. Charging for nearly empty sauce pots is not a good practice.
Hello. I typically do not like to leave reviews, especially negative ones, but I feel compelled to share my experience at this restaurant. I used to frequent this establishment once or twice a week, but after today, I will not be returning. I went with friends and some of the wings we ordered tasted terrible, as if they were undercooked. When we approached the staff about it, they laughed and made light of the situation. I tried to explain that we were only providing feedback as valued customers, but the employee was rude and unprofessional. While I know this restaurant is known for their wings, the service we received today was completely unacceptable.
I had a disappointing experience at Pepe's in Cardiff. I ordered a £40 meal and did not receive any sauces, napkins, or even salt. When I called the restaurant, the manager only apologized after I prompted him to do so. The manager had a confrontational attitude and seemed more interested in arguing than resolving the issue. Overall, the service was poor.
Disappointed with my order as I had placed an order for rice and chicken and the chicken was clearly cooked with electromagnetic radiation hence making it stale and quite unfit for consumption. Called to speak to management to inquire about the dissatisfactory order and was advised that the establishments manager only comes in at 6pm and I should give them a call at that time. No apologetic nature of the staff towards the food delivered and unclear communication offered and vaguely asked to take it up with Uber and management if i am unsatisfied . Kindly consider before ordering from them and proceed with caution.
