Morrisons - Cardiff

I visited the Morrisons Llanishen store on Saturday, 5/11/22 around 19:45. A staff member named CHARLIE helped me find an item. I want to commend his professionalism and hard work. Thank you Charlie, you were fantastic and very helpful.

A very light restaurant, order at the counter and food is brought to you. Polite and friendly staff, reasonable prices. Breakfast was non greasy and very nice.

First time eating in the cafè although i use the store every week. Found our own table which was clean, ordered breakfasts and when they arrived sent a piece of cutlery back as it was dirty. Food was only luke warm and my breakfast was missing the bacon! (It didn't dawn on me until i got home) They have cups containing condiments for hot drinks but there were only 2 left and table was littered and messy.. just a few training issues maybe..

Terrible experience. My breakfast at this restaurant this morning was a disappointment. I was really looking forward to it, but it was a waste. The coffee mugs were badly chipped, the coffee was cold, the bacon was hard and cold, the mushrooms were tasteless, the eggs were overcooked, the hash browns had a strange flavor, and the sausages looked burnt but tasted decent. I will not be coming back.

I recently dined at this restaurant and became ill afterward. The dining area was filled with dirty tables and leftover plates from previous customers. The staff were more interested in chatting with each other and being on their phones than providing good customer service. The bacon was dry and of poor quality, the toast had no butter or even a sachet for self-service, the mushrooms were cold, the egg yolk was rock hard, the sausage was of poor quality, and the beans were average. Even the cutlery was dirty! The plate was cold as well. It was a very unpleasant experience and I left half of my meal uneaten. The audacity of the restaurant to serve such poor quality food is questionable. The staff who brought the food to the table just placed it there without saying much. As I was leaving, a customer set off the security system while exiting, but the guard paid no attention as he was too busy on his phone. This was the worst Morrisons experience I've ever had. They should be ashamed of themselves. I would recommend avoiding this place.
