200 Degrees Coffee Shop - Cardiff

I had coffee and cake thought for what i had it was a bit expensive as the coffee did not come in a proper cup or mug the cake was nice though

Excellent addition to Queen Street. The service here was so friendly. Bacon ciabatta was delicious. Salty bacon and soft bread Latte was rich and smooth. Lots of indoor seating and some outdoor too. Highly recommended

I absolutely love this vibe of this coffee shop, I don’t even like coffee I come for the vanilla milkshake but my friends say the coffee is amazing.

Literally, one member of staff gave me such a bad experience I'll never go back. It's right next to where I work and would have been my regular coffee spot. I took my own cup in because I'm trying to be more sustainable and not waste disposable coffee cups. I asked the woman serving for a double espresso in my cup, she gave me a look like I'd asked for the most ridiculous thing in the world. She said did I realise a double espresso was only so much liquid and I said yes (I always order a double espresso its the coffee I like) she gave me so much trouble just because my cup was big and the drink I wanted was small. Well I'm sorry they don't sell reusable espresso cups anywhere and I'm not going to change my coffee order because you think it looks silly putting a small amount of liquid in a large cup. Cardiff has never been better for quality coffee and service makes a difference. If you want excellent coffee and lovely service go to the corner, hardlines, littleman coffee co, the queer emporium the lsit goes on, you have so much choice don't waste your money somewhere like this. I was not going to leave a review, I actually emailed the place directly but was ignored. I want to add that the other staff members I've encountered were nice, and on one occasion the barista was really friendly but there are so many better places in cardiff. I really am sorry to the staff members who are nice to customers, I work in hospitality myself and I know it's not always easy when you have a difficult customer, but I went in their positive and friendly and all I did was place my order and I was treated like an idiot.

I had an amazing experience in this coffee shop. The best white hot chocolate you could ask for. Jack the manager was a legend for putting a little extra white chocolate pieces on top too. 100% recommended will definitely be back !
