Bidra med feedbackOK, the good points first. The ambiance is OK, the staff are friendly. The wine selection is decent along with the other drinks. We found the menu a bit on the pricey side, (beware of the 20% Tax addition at the end! but felt we would push the boat out and enjoy a decent meal. Whilst my experience was good with the egg parfait (very tasty , John Dory (clean plate and the Cabanel cup (refreshing my wife wasn't so lucky. She chose the foie gras for starter, had the same main as I, and the Cajasse; pears and chocolate cake for dessert. UNFORTUNATELY, we suspect on a Monday evening, the foie gras wasn't fresh. Accordingly our sleep was disturbed by projectile vomiting, 5 hours after consumption. A real shame, but we eat out regularly and are rarely ill. I wouldn't visit here again and spin the wheel of Vom-Vom again.
4 of us had lunch here sat 19/09/20,no starters,just mains and soft drinks.Terrace was approx third full,service was excellent and attentive,but food was only average.Most alarming thing we saw was the bread rolls that are served,they are kept in a basket outside in the sun uncovered,but disturbingly when we finished eating, and plates were cleared we watched the waiter take the one roll we left out of the table basket with his bare hands and throw back into the main pile to be served again,not the most hygienic way of doing this normally,but certainly not in these covid times.
We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Considering that you are a capitve audience there in La Cite and that there aren 't many choices, I felt they offered a nice meal at a reasonable price for the location. The staff was prompt and attentive. Overall a nice place.
Sunday, May 29, a very good reception in shaded terrace. a good shovel-shaped entrance. a very good mice of lamb with its small vegetables simmered. disappointed by the gastronomic coffee, the two cups of panacota seem to me industrial. I left them. Too bad and my neighbors too. I'm sorry. fortunately compensated by a very good ice. I had a good time in this setting, the service was too fast for me, we feel professionalism but it lacks empathical heat. It promises the end of the season. No matter how much the city's tourists will see the fire.
A super fast and graceful, motivated and charming service servers the excellent food I highly recommend not to pass to the carcass without meals to the dungeon brewery
