I bought a red fruit pie. No way to serve the guest pie the dough was too soft. The only way to eat that pie was in the small spoon.

We went twice during our visit to Carcassone. Quality products at a reasonable price. I was surprised by the number of customers who came in to take the loaves of bread 6 at a time. I was also grateful that it was the only place open on Easter Monday. The staff, although they did not speak Spanish, made an effort to understand us and serve us well.

Very nice and good product. Sweet and savory choices. Good breads.

Large room in which to rest while eating. Taken to work if necessary, fast service and good products. Excellent fruit juices. M
