Auberge De La Baie-Motor Inn - Caraquet

We reserved a motel room through a travel agency for our family of four. The room had two double beds and was clean with a good shower. Parking was conveniently located right in front of the room. The decor had a 70s style that was charming to us, but may not be to everyone's taste. The rooms were fairly soundproof, although we could hear a group of teenagers in the room next to us having a good time. The management was quiet after 11 pm. We did not dine at the restaurant on site, so we are unsure why the motel is rated poorly on TripAdvisor.

Tres bon restaurant a un petit prix ... Les déjeuners son excellent et les portion son trés bonne .. J'aime les club sandwich aussi... Miam.. Pas cher tu tous avec des aliment de bonne qualités...

Vue sur le saint laurent. On peut aller au bord de l'eau à pieds de la chambre. Chambre confortable . Bons petits déjeuners

Decor is very 70s style, which charmed us but may seem dated to others. Rooms are inadequately sound- proofed. In the room next to ours a group of teens was having a good time, and we could hear everything - management stepped in around 11 pm and then it quieted down. We did not try the restaurant - and are not quite sure why the motel isin the restarant section of tripadvisor.

Could do with a professional makeover in all sectors. The room had the ambience of one during the 70's. The restaurant while roomy, was very poorly lit. Rate was reasonable. Parking in very close proximity to room. Semi outdoor corridor was noisy and intrusive.
