Second visit, again the blind discovery menu but this time in a vegan version with food/wine pairing. Just a big WOW. Sincerely, the team in place does an extraordinary job in the design of each of our plates. The flavors are really present and sought after.Nothing left to chance. Beautiful place arranged between Parisian bistro style and thematic restaurant style of the ciel-vision group on the cuisine.The service is a high-end or starred restaurant service.Just the place where we had been installed, lack of space.The cuisine is meticulous with the emphasis on flavors propelled by unusual tastes brought by herbs and plants that we know less well.The ingredients are of high quality and come from renowned places.The price and choice of wines are similar to places like Saint-Amour. But I find that the portions and flavors are much better.We took the discovery menu (5 courses) and two extras.
