Terramira - CAPOLONA

What a hidden Tuscan germ, apparently opened over 1 year. the hotel is located under the bridge of capolona (near arezzo), offers a breathtaking view in a very stylish environment, while the dishes taste stunning! choose a menu ‘Terra’. ‘Mate’ or ‘Vegetale’ we have all. none of them disappointed! beautiful wein too.

What a wonderful dinner ! We all chose 7 couses, my wife the sea menu and the rest of us the meat menu. All couses was without exeption top class, both in taste and presentation. My personal favorite was the pigion; it was so delisious, juicy, chrisp and full of taste. World class ! A wonderfull selection of wine is avalible. We had a nice Pol Roger Rose, followed by the outstanding Ornelleia. We will be back :

This restaurant is a jewel. the whole experience was the top note. such a wonderful surprise. it was definitiw the best food we enjoyed during our two weeks trip to Toskana.

Great discovery in capolona. a little off the beaten track, bur worth the visit. excellent menu and friendly staff. really very classic taste themes reinterpreted eveythibg was cooked to perfection, personally I loved the reception, the gänseei pasta and chocolate and heaven dessert. unfortunately it was not full (what it deserves) for a Friday, forcibly because of ferragosto.
