Bj's Brewhouse - Capitol Hill

Yesterday we visited BJ's and we were a group of 8 people during evening time, I wanted to share how great our time was at your BJ's, especially because of one special person Serenity. She was so nice and patient with us, always smiling and making sure we got everything we needed. What really stood out was how patient she was. She listened to us and helped us pick the best stuff, always with a smile. Her kindness made us feel relaxed and happy the whole time.

Everything was a mix of luke warm or room temperature. Some of the mashed potatoes would be warm but other parts would be room temperature. Same with the ribs. It's like they cooked it earlier and left it under a lamp or I got someone's doordash order that was sitting around. I went at 7pm so not like I walked in right before closing time. This is prime eating hours.I asked for a loaded baked potato and got this served in a cup. When I looked at the receipt it said loaded mashed potatoes but I was charged as if it was a premium side. You guys owe me some potato skin.The blandest broccoli I've ever eaten in my life.

We had the prime rib which included soup or salad, 2 sides dessert. Great value for the amount of food we got. Dinner was very good, Pizookie for dessert was great! Service was very good

We made a last minute reservation for our basketball team and then all the parents decided to come eat also. The restaurant was more than accommodating for our two large groups. The waitress was phenomenal! Food and drinks came out quickly. Very impressed!
