Panda Express - Capitol Heights

Do not have any complaints, every visit is pleasant!!

This place closes at 10 o'clock, so understandable, they stop cooking at a certain time. Well, they don't have what I wanted, enough to fill my order. The evening manager asked what I wanted him to cook and commit me! I was in places that will turn you away just because they're lazy and it doesn't matter to pick up the customer. Well, I was very happy and grateful for the customer service I received from the evening shift crew on 7/20/22!

My catering order was different from the last time. I used catering on 3/7/22 everything was perfect. Not so much this time. Catering orders come in large plastic containers. We're not gonna be this time. I got 8 soggy paper containers. I also believe that I received less food with this packaging. I have no problems with the food. But this presentation was not my expectations

I stopped by to this Panda express and got my order through drive through. They put all burnt chicken teraikey. They do not care of the customer service.

The food is good here typically, they just need a bit of work on the professionalism. The door says that they are open until 9:30 Min-Thurs but they closed at 9:00pm. People were there cleaning and did not acknowledge my presence at the door. If the hours have changed, it?s best to update the hours online and on the door.
