Extremely terrible customer service and long wait time. Always giving customers wrong order. Organization and teamwork doesn't exist. Extremely ghetto. Service: Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I stopped at this Dunkin Donuts on my way to work and it was a huge mistake. Service was slow, the kiosk didn’t work, the workers had a I don’t care attitude and my order took thirty minute to get and all I order was a sandwich and coffee. EPIC failure and I will not support those locations ever again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Make sure you schedule PLENTY of time to get your food. Just spent 32 minutes sitting in the drive thru. If I hadn't used the app, I wouldn't have stuck around.
