Mason's Cafe - Cape Tribulation

The food was excellent and the service was very friendly. Make sure to ask Terri about the specials. Thank you, Terri! We enjoyed a platter with crocodile, wild boar, camel, emu, buffalo, and kangaroo burgers.

Brad and I were fortunate enough to stumble into this wonderful cafe today for a very late lunch. The lady cooking (I didn’t get her name) was so cheerful, friendly and accommodating it was a breath of fresh air. We got there close to closing time but she made us feel welcome and happily served us. The croc burger and steak burgers we had were amazingly big and beautifully cooked. They would have to be the best burgers we have had in a very long time. Then the short stroll to masons waterhole completed the experience. Thank you for one of the best feeds on the cape!!!!

Best Latté in Australia, thank you! Relaxed and casual atmosphere with great and unique food. Swimming hole is also good fun for all.

The durian smoothie was as as good as listening to bruno mars during a fine meal.
