Spar - Cape Town

The vegan island is amazing. many vegan cheese, milk, meat substitutes etc. I recommend saving in seapoint for all vegans in ct!

I've been stuck in Cape Town for months because of kovid. I recently moved to bantry and was pleased to discover the health food sector in the back of this super market. Actually, I think it's better on camp than any other health food shops I was in Cape Town. go into the load, turn left, sanitate their hands and go straight. there is a huge (for Cape Town) chilled section with artwork and other delicious vegan cheese. they also sell my other favorite cape city discover: wazoogles. enjoy! but intent some of the elements in the freezers are not vegan or veg.

I often come to spar for beyond meat burger (which will warm up the ladies for them) and a beer of spar tops next door. you can eat and drink in the courtyard when you sit in the spa. Don't forget your bottle opener!
