Perfect for events, small family dinner, a special date night. good value for money, especially in consideration of the high quality food. the personal is professional, well trained, efficient and friendly. seelan overlooks the harbour of waterfront and is simply perfect for brunch, lunch until sunset and stars. they really feel special when they eat here. it has seating outdoors and seating as well as a beautiful bar. they have televisions where often play sports or important events. seelan as a venue is a wise choice. they care well and put everything on their lust. sometimes there is a live band or dj presentation to play music. they will make so beautiful memories here!

A relaxed atmosphere combined with an amazing culinary experience awaits you at Seelan Bistro Bar. Our waiter Ashley was very accommodating, warm and welcoming. The hostess who noticed us on a date asked if we wanted to be moved somewhere quieter. All in all a wonderful experience. Thank you, Seelan.

.........8. Apr 2018: ....This is one of the most beautiful restaurants on the edge of the Bay/Quy/Harbour on the V A Waterfront, Cape Town. Where you can sit quiet lii especial lii on a Sunday morning when this sometimes chaotic and lively place is still and enjoy the fantastic view of all different types and shapes of large and small sea ships anchored here, even watching them start on the sea some entertaining locals and foreigners alike! This is besides the most amazing lii fantastic view of the ones and only new seventh wonders of the world “Table Mountain” stand there in all its glory! Even the Big Wheel is in full view of the outdoor seats it is just so breathing take lii surreal! You are never disappointed when you arrive here where the table settings are always very elegant with white tablecloths a small vase of fresh lii cut petit miniature live flowers the napkins on the side panels are characterized by a superior quality ii even with the name “Seelan” on it! You have a few mature male employees who are well suited in the work that they are cut out to explain as real men always pleasant the menu in detail, so you know exactly lii what you get! Our waiter was Pappa Joe and he was very competent! There are gourmet breakfasts are nothing from the additional regulation, but you just know that there is a good clean fresh lii prepared delicious meal that you enjoy through lii! You also have some different meals for breakfast such as the Primi Vera Ei Custard, which they serve with a tomato rocket salad, but if you are ravenous, there is no time to experiment! Hey! Maybe next time! The restaurant is very large inside with a full bar with seating right there! On Thursday evening they have a Jazz Nite from 18:00 to 22:00! They are also very concerned for their males who have one to many so that they have lii advertising for a Drive You Home Service “Nite Owls” to call the app they are available as download! Very thoughtful! You also have their Meal Deals available through Wiki Deals that are very affordable! This is a must-see restaurant! Always a Monie's Worth experience...NB! The kitchen here is full ii “HALAAL”! That's what I found out today....10 out of 10......... what a well-located restaurant! Along the table bay, where there is a cornea of magnificent sights, while you sit back and enjoy one of there many gourmet dishes. Our favorite is to make the Sunday Morning Laid back breakfast! Meals are Scrumptiousl ii from agitator, Dhania sausage served in a beautiful Sting ii sulsa, grilled mushrooms and tomatoes with a beautiful cake ii bread. It is ingenious to put and watch the boats and ships that come and go that gives a Trulii International feeling about the place. If you decide to sit outside, what is the best on a love lii summers morning is enjoying It is the full view of the magnificent Table Mountain, which stands there in all its Splendour spokesmen (one of the new wonders of the world! The staff is very helpful and friendly at any time, as this was not our first visit here and certainly not our last.................. Food is always good, clean and delicious!.

We got good tickets to the place and it was literally hidden. a plane below the balthazar at the harbour. the waiter was very friendly, who could easily call the 6 dishes and 3 deserts for us, which was available. we chose both the bark fillet that was beautiful, add that the mushrooms and pfeffer sauces we received was a damn nice wise better than any other place where we ate. the chips were good, the wobbles I thought were killed by the cook. I never remember eating crispy tweeper rings. I would also like to try one of their seafood. a single plate at R700 and double at r1200. I would be curious and would like to see if they match the price on taste and presentation.

We used a hyperli voucher which got us a main and a dessert. The food was decent, nothing much to speak of. Prawns are always subpar (smallest prawns I’ve seen). Dessert was amazing. Service was okay and the ambience was really spot on. I would return but only with vouchers as the prices for the platters are way above average.
