Fat Harry's - Cape Town

Had a great family dinner tonight. No complaints food was great, service was excellent Not to mention the free virgin shooter at the end of the evening. R99 Steak Special is not to be missed.

I went through last weekend for dinner with some buddies and we caught a live music there. Guy with a guitar play well-known cover, really good, and sports on the big screens too. Food is excellent, the Steak Special is incredibly reasonable (r99 for 300g Rump and chips, yes!) and the selection of beers on tap works well. Burgers, steaks, pizzas and tapas that cover all bases, I don't think you'd go wrong with something. Dessert menu is small, but covers everything you need. Also parking. There is a jazz band on Monday with various guests I gather, and my friends swear that is also excellent. All in all, really good night, will definitely go back.

What a great mood with extraordinary eating! our waiter pumi went over and over to provide great service. she is a Jewel, they make one fall and go to fat harrys.

Best burger I've had for as long as I can remember. Years, probably. The wait staff are always so friendly and attentive, the beers are always cold (that's a big one for me). The live jazz nights are absolutely to die for and the pre and post meal snacks are such a nice unique touch.
