Quincy's Original Lobster Rolls

Excellent. The butter roll and delicate cooled lobster pieces that we have only complicated by the big pimples and Cape Cod chips. Service was fast, easy and friendly. It wasn't cheap, but that's not what I'm looking for in my lobster.

Order was placed by walk up service, lobster rolls were good, kids tenders were just ok-according to my kids they lacked flavor. Rolls as well as kids meals should have come with chips however they were out of chips. When we asked if they would substitute with anything else the girl taking our order said no. When an item is supposed to come with an order and a restaurant is out they should either substitute with something else or discount your order. We ended up ordering French fries to go along with all of our orders but were not given a discount or anything. We weren’t expecting free fries but a couple of bucks off for not having the chips that should have come with the meals we ordered would have been appreciated.

We always stop by to order the Happy Hummer Roll. The lobster is juicy and fresh, and the sandwich has a nice crispy texture. I prefer rolls that aren’t overloaded with sauce, and this one never disappoints. However, I have noticed a slight increase in the regular price.

I had lunch today in Cape May and I have to say, as a big fan of lobster rolls, this place did not disappoint. I’m not a fan of mayonnaise with my lobster, so I ordered the classic version without it. While it wasn’t served piping hot and dripping with butter, it was surprisingly tasty. The lobster was sweet and cooked to perfection! I agree with other reviewers that the portion isn’t massive, but it was just right for a quick lunch. My whole family enjoyed the lobster rolls, which did set us back a bit in terms of budget, but it was definitely worth it. I do wonder why my roll (without mayo) didn’t come with any toppings. Overall, I would recommend this spot and I plan to return when I’m back in the area.

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant, with great service and delicious food. The view was stunning as well. I highly recommend it! It’s a lovely spot for a date or a delightful family meal.
