Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Quick pickup made fast and easy with the Popeyes app. They had my order ready in no time. Inside was clean and staff were kind and friendly.

Chicken was way greasier than normal. Service good. Sizes per sides have changed as far as 2 or 3 pc meal combos. Only 1 side now

Visited the drive thru where I was greeted promptly with a suggestive sale. I used a coupon which allowed me to purchase 10 pieces bone-in chicken, 2 sides, and 5 biscuits for $17.99. Chicken was hot and fresh. Red beans rice, nice consistency.

Pulled in drive-thru. We ordered a family meal. They said only spicy was available unless we wanted to wait. We got the spicy so we didn't have to wait. Well not sure what happened! car in front of us was waiting at window for a good 8 min or so. So after we paid, we were told to pull up line and someone would bring it to us. After 15 min or so it finally came out. Aparently they had to cook the sides as our chicken was already boxed. Sides were hot, chicken looked liked it soaked in grease and was barely even warm and the biscuits were hard . This isn't the first time we have been dissatisfied. It's honestly sad, it used to be my favorite place to go.

We were in the drive through line 5 minutes before they took our order. Finally got to order and took 28 minutes in drive through to get food. Asked for ranch and didn’t get it. Also asked for silverware since we were at a hotel nearby. Of course didn’t get it. Super slow service and kids who don’t care and don’t have a work ethic.
