I had ordered a box of donuts and two coffees the night before to be picked up the next morning. However, my partner became ill so I decided to cancel the order which was at least two hours prior to the time to be picked up (which should be plenty of time). I called and a boy answered, who was clearly clueless. He told me it would be refunded in a couple hours but he was lying. Later that day, I called back and a girl answered this time. She was also clueless and had an attitude. She didn’t even ask for any of my information. I was like “hey, do you think you need my phone number and my order number?” She was like “oh yeah” before almost hanging up on me. Thankfully after that, a manager called me back but they said that ANOTHER manager would be in in a few days to issue us a refund. That is completely insane. Why is it so hard to give a refund here???? There should be an option to do it online or at least train your employees how to do it.
I will NOT be back. I will go to a local bakery and buy donuts. The donuts I received were not up to standard for a dozen of original glazed. They were not the correct size, shape, or taste. They also were stale. $30 for two dozen of donuts? I was going to bring them to work for a celebration but I’m embarrassed I paid for this. To top it off the cashier didn’t give me a receipt! They threw a few extra donuts on top I guess to make up for the pitiful mess.
Since the day they opened, the location in cape has not had the same standard as other locations, if you want a fresh Krispy Kreme doughnut, drive to another city, because in cape you will never get anything but yesterdays day old stale doughnuts, I wish cape had never gotten a Krispy Kreme, they give Krispy Kreme a bad name
Great service just wish they would come back to Minnesota
