The food was great (better than our meal last night at hard rock cafe) and Ashley our server was very polite and professional. She needs a raise for her great customer service. The only thing I'd recommend is installing baby changing tables. My wife had a hard time changing our son without one.

They are always polite there. Only a couple times have they gotten our order wrong, they quickly fixed it. The KFC on William Street I'm Cape Girardeau Mo. Is by far the best I've been to.
The KFC here has been consistent with good food. Price is getting extreme for fast food chicken. Staff very friendly
