Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Cape Coral

Great place to eat is not “heavy” and very tasty. the personal is beautiful, everything is clean. in any case comes back.

I gave it two stars because I didn’t get a chance to actually try the smoothies. My husband and I walked in around 9pm on a Saturday night (5/14/22) and it smelled very poorly even though it was visibility clear the employees had just mopped. The cleaning supplies were covering a noticeably dingy smell (it smelled like vomit), or maybe it was the supplies themselves that smelled so badly? We instantly lost our appetites and left before getting to the counter.

Don’t know why I keep coming back here like I expected better service from this Pine Island location. I’m done! They take, “no exaggeration” 20mins to make 1 jerk chicken wrap. No apologies for taking so long, no customer service whatsoever. These kids they have working in their needs to be retrained!!!! Kmt!!

Well this time we had a way better experience than we did at the Santa Barbara location. First of all one of the employees who worked there held the door open for us. Second we were greeted upon entering. Another employee took our order right away. The order itself for 3 adults only took a few minutes and was correct. The quality however was also good.Overall a very pleasant experience. Certainly worth driving a few miles more.

Expensive for not very tasty stuff...you'll be in line forever with very rude and impatient people who WILL hit you in the drivethru to get in front of you if you're not careful. Wasn't worth the $7 for a frozen juice drink, but I'm sure there were health benefits, so I'm not mad
