Good variety of goods including tea, loose spices, and natural vitamins. Love to trial size protein options to try out new products.

A wide variety of items, including fresh, prepared, frozen, bulk, and packaged food as well as household supplies, medicines, pet food, and skin care products.

Not a lot of great health food stores in the area, but this one is the best, as far as selection goes. I was there once and was impressed, given the local options. Staff was nice. Place was clean. They are very friendly to vegans! Updated from previous review on 2015 10 29
