China Kitchen - Canyon Lake

China kitchen was excellent today. I wasn't long on the basis of the work plan, but last time I was here I wasn't impressed. this time it was a perfect meal as I could expect. the staff was courteous and fast when taking up and preparing the order. we have sweet and sour hues and kung pao huhn. both were excellent. the rice was soft and fluffy with the right amount of taste. the chicken was tender and the sweetness was fresh, crisp and tasty. I recommend eating here for lunch when they are on a budget. lunch is cheaper than dinner. the dinner is a little bigger and more expensive. flavor is always great. I had the sommee and the egg roll. both were delicious. my wife had the cocks and loved them.

The server was excellent! the amazed suppe was delicious! the Teriyaki chicken was lovely! lunch was excellent.

I've been in this restaurant for years. owners have changed several times, but eating is consistent. my favorite plates are the w/broccoli in white sauce on request. the sweet sour hair, moo go ogia pan and bark w/broccoli. These are all delicious. their hot and acid soup, the sommee and the egg soup are also delicious. faster friendly service and the aesthetics of this restaurant are kept clean. many parking spaces are easy to reach on the I-35 motorway. in all my years of eating here, I can't say I've ever eaten a bad meal.

The traditional Chinese restaurant with numerous choices is provided with a price. baked rice is rather simple in look, but tasty.

The food was ok. The service authentic. My Orange Beef was ok, as the consistency of the meat was a little weird. The Hot and Sour soup was on point.
