Braum's Ice Cream Dairy Store - Canyon

Sat in drive thru for way longer than I should've. I only ordered a sherbert freeze and it wasn't even mixed, it was completely filled with ice and barely any actual sherbert. A lady, what seemed to look like the manager, saw that I was waiting and just stood there, waiting for somebody else to collect payment. The girl who finally gave me my drink was nice, thankfully.

The ice cream is always good, but the lady that works the drive up window is always oddly pissed off! I try to give her a smile and a snappy comment, but her face is kryptonite to my witty

Customer service is trash. Cashier was rude for no reason.

The employees needs to be willing to help customers on the grocery side. I patiently waited for the employees to help customers getting ice cream. But after they finished up with those customers, all of the employees chose to ignore the fact that I was waiting to get checked out. No one came to me so I had to go to them. This is not acceptable customer service. This has been an ongoing problem but last night was the worst.

My fries were old and cold. The girl at the register was nice but the girl that gave me my fries was rude, to me and my friend. He tried asking for some sauce but was blatantly ignored.Parking: Plenty
