We love the mini pretzel dogs in a cup. Best snack ever while you are walking through the outdoor mall. Its perfect if you have kids. Small pretzels dogs for small hands

Thursday 7/28. Walked in wasn’t acknowledged for 15 minutes. Blond girl with blue eyes and ponytail was incredibly rude. Rolled her eyes and told me the pretzel couldn’t be lightly toasted. Waited 15 mins for my pretzel to be cooked after paying and when I went back in, they didn’t even start. 30 minutes after intially ordering I get a burnt pretzel. As a service worker myself I try to be very polite and her attitude was ridiculous. Bad service and 30 mins for a burnt pretzel, not great…. not happy.

Everything they serve is exactly what you want, it’s your quality pretzels and Cinnabon’s, drinks and everything else, the people that work here meh, The crowd that shops here can suck, so get ready to be cool to everybody anyway, The place seems clean, they close early open late on a regular, so disregard the times posted here on Google and go ahead and give them a call if you’re planning on coming here near opening or closing times.

The mini pretzel dogs are always raw and i wanted to get the bucket and the workers were like no its going to take a long time to make so i had to get the regular combo
