Bidra med feedbackWe waited at the counter for 15 minutes before being told that we would have to wait longer because the drive-thru was busy and that was their top priority. The staff was very rude and we will not be returning to this restaurant. They need to learn proper customer service skills.
I usually have a fantastic time at this restaurant, but my last few visits have been disappointing. The hospitality was not the best last time, and it was the same this time. My sandwich had only a small leaf of lettuce that didn't even cover half of it. I couldn't ask for ketchup at the drive-thru because it closed abruptly. I think I might have to stop going to Whataburger.
The food was fine. Service was great. The main issue I had was access. It's a bit of a pain to get into the place and then getting out I had a similar problem. Just by a really busy intersection and you can't turn left out of some exits. Bit of apain. Though I know there's not much the restaurant can do at this point.
The restaurant is always serving fresh and hot food, and has been an iconic establishment for over 70 years. The staff is friendly and quick. I received my meal very quickly, especially for fast food. Unfortunately, the restaurant only has locations in 10 states, which is disappointing for customers in the other 40 states.
One of the employees Nathan was the nicest young fella now days that's hard to find he was very helpful respectful. My family loves What a Burger the ones in the city I live have went down hill so much so that we have stopped going there. So theone out in Cantonment was great the inside eating area was very clean as we're the restrooms and our food was done correctly ifyour passing through around lunch or late 1-2 am hungry definitely stop.
