The Happy Taco - Cantonment

One of the best Mexican spots in the area hands down. Very much a mom and pop type vibe from the decor to the service. The food is top notch and extremely affordable. Can't recommend this place enough.

The fajitas were amazing. The salads were huge and fantastic. The service was awesome!

I've passed by this place so many times but looking at the building, had assumed it couldn't be that great. Well, momma always said... don't judge a book by it's cover and this is why! Its small and quaint inside but it's clean. The owner and nice lady who cooks are super nice. Would be a lil better if their waiter got some training because while he's nice, he's definitely not a waiter. Now getting to the important part, the food is AWESOME! I got the street tacos- one chicken, one steak and one barbacoa. The meat was tender and cooked to perfection. The toppings such as cilantro, onions, red cabbage, etc. was all fresh and cut up consistently perfect. Everyone who loves Mexican food, Cali-style, must give this lil place a try. You won't be disappointed!!
