Good customer service, and good breakfast sandwiches but the donuts were awful. Not sure if it's because they weren't fried but with 6 different flavors none were good.

The staff working when I went were so nice and so helpful!! They have amazing suggestions and were really helpful and thorough in explaining all about their variety of beverages and foods. Their nitro lemonade is incredible and they have the best iced coffee I 've ever had in my life. I tried a drink off of the staff favorites menu and it was called Chloe 's Drink Potter Brew. It was so good and so smooth I could have one every single day. My mom got a chicken bacon wrap with tater wedges that she loved and I got a garden vegetable sandwich off the vegan menu, which was also so good! The bread on my sandwich was amazing. I can 't wait to come back and explore the menu further, everything tasted perfect and it was a great experience for both my mom and me.

I wanted to love this place because the reviews were stellar, the menu looked amazing, but we had several mistakes today in our carry out order. Unfortunately we didn't notice until we were already home.. We ordered 3 sandwiches and only one was as described- two create your owns and a blt. My son ordered a create your own sandwich with a sold yoke egg, sausage and cheese. He received a regular round egg. He didn't mind but would have preferred what he's ordered. My daughter ordered a create your own with scrambled eggs. It had a round egg which she doesn't care for, but she tried eating it anyway. She said it was very over cooked and ended up pulling the egg off. I ordered the blt, which states it has marinated tomato, bacon, provolone, lettuce, onion, garlic herb Mayo. I requested the garlic herb Mayo on the side, so I could try it, because I'm not a huge fan of Mayo. I also added avocado. The sandwich I received had bacon, a regular slice of tomato, no cheese, no onion, spinach, avocado and Mayo .. on the side and on the bread. I guess maybe I should have been more specific with my request : but even so, it was not as advertised which is unfortunate. I was handed a matcha and thought maybe I'd ordered the wrong drink in error. No big deal. In checking my receipt once home..I did indeed order a cold brew.. I'll definitely try them again, the donuts we ordered are amazing but this is a lot of errors for a small order. I hope we have a better experience next time.

Food is crazy delicious, but if you are open until 1:00PM and advertise lunch, I am kinda expecting food to be available past 10:30 when I go there. Unfortunately have to change from 5 stars to 1 star because this has happened 2 times now whenever I arrive past 10:30 to get some food.It’s a huge shame because the food is awesome, but more times than not I can’t ever get any food because it’s so variable (this includes the doughnuts, not just sandwiches)

Owner was nice gave me a free donut at closing everything was delicious coffee was fresh only downside is staffing keeps them closed at times
