Sonic Drive-in - Canton

Food was good but drive thru mine was so long and the wait time was horrible. When I finally got up to there to place my order, the girl kept messing up....

The drive through only drive in. Pretty disappointing when you are planning for a drive in experience only to come and have it roped off.

Dear Sonic. Tots Cherry Limeade are the best, but their burger is also super delicious. Test the cheese steak for the first time. Full taste, but I added Mayo.

The staff here is wonderful, but so overworked! Short staff leads to frequent passing only situations. The setting sign says $13/hour including tips. I suggest that management increase that to a minimum of $15/hour PLUS tips. Including current employees! It is a solid restaurant, but low pay is likely to cost money in the long term. Going to Sonic is to have the experience. Driving through is good, but the process is time-consuming. Even the online order, including a tip, leads to a drive waiting through line. To the crew of this Sonic: They are wonderful. To the management/franchisey: pay better. It's 2022.
