Bidra med feedbackOverall a very dissapointing takeaway. Won to soup delicious, we were filled with positive anticipation for what came next. unfortunately that was where it ended. Bbq spare ribs bland, no flavour at all. Pork rice bland! Huge portions but zero flavour. Chicken Hong kong style and salt and pepper squid average at best. Waited over an hour for a big plate of dissapointment. Sadly won't be returning.
Thought I’d give this one a try. Lived in Whitstable for 7 years and normally use Golden Moon. First they forgot some of the order so we had to keep it warm till we waited another 30 mins for the rest. Wish I could say it was worth the wait!! Worse chinese I’ve ever had! Customer service wasn’t the best either.
The food just has no flavour at this place. I thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt and went back for a 2nd time a month later but still poor. The ribs in barbecue sauce are horrendous it’s just a watery and oily liquid that the ribs sit in. I’ve never come across flavourless Chinese food before but they have it down to a fine art. The one time where you might ask for extra salt and msg.
Unfortunately not overly impressed with this visit, food was good but order was wrong on a couple of dishes when rung up it took two visits to correct and customer service not the best, the guy taking order was right and I was wrong!! This has happened a couple of times now recently
I have ordered from Four Seasons multiple times while in Whitstable, but this time the delivery took well over an hour. Their website promises delivery within 45 minutes, which is acceptable. However, after an additional 25 minutes and two phone calls, my order still had not arrived, which was very frustrating. I informed them that I no longer wanted my order due to the delay, but was told that I would receive £5 off from the driver. Unfortunately, the £5 was not refunded and it seemed like a tactic to get me off the phone. I was disappointed by their poor attitude and will not be ordering from them again.
