China Farm Barn - Canterbury

This has been one of the best BnB I've ever stayed. Anna Nigel have been a great host we chatted and laughed all day. Breakfast was amazing, you won't want to miss the 5 stars scambled eggs! We've got tips from Anna and went to a morning run around the orchard behind, smell of delish apples. They made me feel like home. It would be amazing if it is in the summer and you can enjoy the lovely garden arranged by Anna : Highly recommeneded and wish I can go back again!

Thank you for being such lovely hosts. It was wonderful to get to know you both daily, especially over your delicious amazing English breakfasts! We had a great time at your delightful B B. It was the most relaxing and peaceful time we have had in a while, to be away from the crowds noises of London. The garden room with outdoor kitchen/dinning area was amazing! It was a perfect spot for us to have our dinners while taking in the country view the beautiful flowers orchard. We had a nice break which was what we have intended. Much appreciated. Thank you!

So wonderful!! By far one of the very best bed and breakfasts I've ever had the pleasure to stay at in the UK. First off, Anna and Nigel (and their lovely dog Fergus) are absolutely wonderful hosts so hospitable, generous and thoughtful. They graciously accepted extremely last minute, 3 nights booking request from my husband and I when we couldn't find anywhere to stay in Kent because it was the busy season. They gave us rides to train station and bus station when we were travelling, and just generally showed a kindness that made us feel like we were at home. The breakfasts are huge and DELICIOUS! And the rooms are bright, spacious and sparkling clean. We stayed in Bramley, which had a huge ensuite with a clawfoot soaker tub. Absolutely lovely. The house, with its three b&b rooms, is nestled in a gorgeous rural landscape less than 10 min. drive outside of Canterbury, surrounded by hop fields, orchards, and walking and bridle paths. I would highly recommend this beautiful b&b in the country! You won't be disappointed.

Anna was absolutely gorgeous in every way imaginable! Such a gem of a place to stay and we are so so glad we went! Pics below of delicious homemade cake we were lucky to have a taste of and the stunning view from our bedroom. Will be recommending to all good friends and family. We promise to back as soon as we can to enjoy catching up with the best of hosts, the beautiful house and to get lost in the fab location again- We need more people like you in the world

Had the pleasure of staying at Anna's Nigel's beautiful B B, China Barn. Beautiful house Gardens. Anna Nigel are a delightful couple, friendly and welcoming; felt right at home; we were there (My wife myself) for a wedding and the breakfast next morning was brilliant; full English with home made baked beans; just the job ahead of our long drive home from Kent.
