Bidra med feedbackA very beautiful, intimate place to have dinner. for vegan menus they need to call in advance. I was there in the winter, the little one was covered with snow, and added to the place an additional charm, an old, traditional stone house. I had chicory with chestnuts and walnuts, caponata (a traditional conservat of tomaten, celery, wobbles and auberginen,) and lenses a la provençale as entrée, followed by a hearty bean soup and oven-cooked red cabbage with pine. fresh mandarins as dessert. organic red wines from piemont. 2020.08.08: great service and ambiente as usual and many simple but tasty vegan recipes. we had a starter with “al carpione” courgettes, artichokes and paprika, followed by pasta with gemüsepesto. we then decided to rehearse red cabbage with pinenuten and occitansalate (kartoffeln and kapern). as dessert, fresh berries with lemon juice. very friendly staff, highly recommended.
The bar especially opened for us, which for a great place. very friendly and characterful also on a quiet day.
